• A free consultation where you (and your partner, if applicable) will get to know me and will have the chance to ask me any questions you might have about my services

• Two prenatal visits at your home (or wherever you feel most comfortable), these visits will be approximately an hour to two hours in length

  • During this time, we will establish your birth preferences and a birth plan, make sure you (and your partner, if applicable) are familiar and comfortable with what is likely to happen at your birth, and answer any questions/confront any concerns you might have about the prenatal, labor or postpartum periods of your journey

  • We will also go over your expectations for me, as your doula, throughout this process and your expectations for anyone else who will be present at the labor, as well as their own expectations for the process

  • If a partner is going to be attending the birth, I ask that they attend at least one of the prenatal visits

• Continuous phone, text and email support as needed throughout your whole pregnancy

• 24/7 on-call support starting at 36 weeks until your baby is born

• Unceasing support throughout the whole labor process

• Immediate postpartum support lasting approximately one to two hours

• One, two-hour postnatal visit where I offer breastfeeding support, community resources, baby care tips and anything else you and your new family might need

• Access to my online Moms 2B/New Moms resource reading library

• All home visits are booked upon your request
